• Gameplay data: moves, ratings, puzzle progress, and lesson completion stored to provide matchmaking and learning features.
• Device & usage: IP address, browser or app version, and crash logs for security and reliability.
• Payments: subscription status via Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play — we do not store full card numbers.

Advertising

Free accounts may see ads served by Google AdSense (web) or Google AdMob (mobile). These partners may use cookies or device identifiers to show relevant ads. You can upgrade to Pro to remove ads. See Google's privacy policy for how they process ad data.

How we use data

We use your information to run the game (matchmaking, leaderboards, puzzles, lessons), process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing support@playconnect4.com. We may retain minimal records required for legal or billing purposes.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
